Our HOLIDAYS PADEL Training Programs
The training programs are 2 hours a day in the morning and consist of the following exercises:
- 10 min parallel warm-up with live ball.
- 30 min basket (technical corrections)
- 30 min of Ball Attack with technical corrections guided by the instructor.
- 30 min of match situations with guided exercises.
- 20 min free game to practice what you have learned.
