In our Pádel 04 school club we have established collaborations with several clubs in our area in order to provide a very personalized service both in terms of facilities and the areas where our students are located. In this way, our students will avoid unnecessary trips.
Levels and Objectives of the Nursery School
Children's padel school - Initiation
Initiation of the practice of padel in a more fun and dynamic way through exercises that improve coordination, and facilitate technical and tactical learning through simple exercises. Classes of maximum 4 students
Children's Initiation Objectives:
- Promote psychomotor skills
- Coordination of movements
- Feel the foundations of group work
- Know the general rules of the game
- Know and practice the most basic strokes
Children's padel school - Improvement
For those players who already have a more advanced level and have knowledge of padel and seek to perfect the technique and incorporate specific shots and constant improvement. Classes from 3-4 students
Children's Improvement Objectives:
- Control the blows
- Control the trajectories of the ball after bouncing
- Execute appropriate technical movements
- Play as a team with your partner
- Start on the layup hit
Children's padel school - Competition
For those players who have already trained at previous levels and aim to compete, a personalized training plan adapted to their needs is created. Classes from 2 students, maximum 4.
Children's Competition Objectives:
- Improve technique and ability to control blows.
- Control the wall defense by knowing how to move for it.
- Learn to play as a team
- Think tactically and play the ball in the right place
- Play with a tactic.
